Pada 2002 hingga 2004, nama perusahaan menjadi Asuransi Jiwa Mandiri dan pada tahun 2004 nama perusahaan berubah menjadi AXA Mandiri yang merupakan perusahaan patungan antara AXA dan Bank Mandiri.

You will get an experience in this role as a Customer Marketing Intern to do something fun related to creating & driving initiatives for employees and the public to boost both customer satisfaction metric: NPS (Net Promotor Score) & ICF (Instant Customer Feedback, logistic and administrative handling of NPS culture (related with organizing event), assist NPS management (looking at the gap between how the market moves and the perception/experience of customers captured in NPS & ICF reports, and other activities.
Requirements:
– Undergraduate student majoring in marketing, economy, business, management, sociology, anthropology, public administration, communication, english literature, and other related fields;
– Proficient using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Excel;
– Having critical thinking and organizing skills; and
– Putting forward solutions in tasks/works
– Intern duration: 3-4 months
