Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (with a Law or Psychology Background).
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as HR Senior Staff.
• Have skills in industrial relations and recruitment processes.
• Preferably having certificate competencies.
• Understand laws and government regulations.
• Have good communication skills.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Placement in Gresik, East Java
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide advice related to employment to anticipate and handle industrial relations disputes in the company.
• Handling employment issues, such as mediating disputes and disciplinary issues.
• Providing information to employees, not only limited to administration, including delivering information to those who need it, counseling & coaching as well as maintaining good relations with internal (all employees) and external (maincont, owner, etc.)
• Conducting socialization related to Company policies to all employees and introduction related to the Company to new staff.
• Monitoring the duration of employment agreements (PKWT & PKHL).
• Recruitment process (Making job brochures, posting, sourcing, selection, and interviews).
• Make reports related to recruitment and others related to the HR department (monthly and annually).
• Coordinate with the head office regarding all work related to administration, industrial relations, and employment
• Maintain relationships with the government such as the manpower department, immigration, and others.
• Handling bipartite, tripartite, and industrial relation
