Perusahaan ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi berikut ini:

1. Civil Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
– To develop functional specification and detail scope to Company requirement
– To develop design engineering requirement to execute both internal and external.
– To direct design and engineering execution at site in accordance with references
– To plan and make list for design deliverables
– To develop structural and civil analysis for self-performing works
– To assess Design Product documents by external for fit to purpose
– To ascertain design implementation are in place
– To ascertain design products and quality in accordance with Basis of Design
– To provide engineering documents for project development
– To prepare material quantity off
– To ascertain material are as specified
– To establish improvement notes for ongoing works
– To ensure the effectiveness of the program conform to official standard & requirement
– To implement task for support in technical and CAPEX for business opportunity of corporation
– To evaluate, assess, and set project plan for facility enhancement in related to operation
– To produce technical engineering product for business opportunity

Qualifications:
– S1 from Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering/ Construction Management
– 7-10 years’ experience in Design Engineer/Structural Engineer/Engineer Coordinator
– Master on STAAD Pro and AutoCAD

2. Internal Audit Superintendent

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Set up the annual internal audit schedule timeline activity (internal & external)
– To Obtain, analyses, and evaluate accounting & operation documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc., and Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
– Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
– Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results & document process and maintain open communication with management and audit committee.
– Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions until closed finding.
– Analyze Whistleblowing System Report and conduct the investigation the reporting of non-compliance as required and/or requested by the Ethics Committee
– Implement Anti Bribery Management System to ensure compliance toward ISO 37001 certification requirement.

Qualifications:
– S1 from majoring Accounting or Industrial Engineering
– 5-10 years’ experience in Quality Management/Business Process/Auditor
– KAP background is preferably
– Must hold certification of Integrated QHSE Management System ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001; ISO 45001; and Training Internal Assessment of ISO 37001: 2016 Anti-Bribery Management System.

3. Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
– Achieve Individual and team revenue target for company yearly target achievement
– Identify potential projects to get sufficient backlog.
– Prepare tender document to win the work.
– Negotiate quotation with client to achieve revenue target.
– Review account receivable in order to manage minimum bad debt.
– Develop good relationships with the client and business partner.
– Made forecast target project / client / revenue for mid- and long-term budget.
– Review presentation deck and other material related to sales pitch.
– Implement CoC and HSE Policy and Procedures.
– Implement Anti Bribery Management System

Qualifications:
– S1 from majoring Accounting or Industrial Engineering or any.
– 3 – 6 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Logistics/forwarding, heavy equipment and mining.
– Preferably from Coal Mining
